Is the €290 fare really fixed?
Yes. The fare is valid for a vehicle up to 4 passengers, tolls and fuel included. No surcharge is added on arrival. Only very early morning trips (before 5am) or late night trips may carry a small surcharge, always announced before booking.
How many bags can I bring?
Our Tesla Model Y has a large trunk. You can bring up to 4 medium suitcases + cabin luggage. For more, contact us in advance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real-time. If delayed, your driver automatically adjusts the arrival time. No surcharge is billed for waiting.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. We accept cash, credit card (on-board terminal or secure online payment via Stripe), and bank transfer for corporate accounts.
Does the driver speak English or Spanish?
