What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight: your driver adjusts to the actual arrival time, at no extra cost.
How long does the driver wait?
Waiting is free: 5 min for any ride and 30 min for airport pickups, from the flight’s arrival time. Beyond that, waiting is charged €0,50/min. Tip: set your pickup time to landing time + 30 min for an international flight, + 10 min for a domestic flight.
How is my booking confirmed?
We confirm your ride within 15 minutes, by email and by SMS or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is 100% refunded as long as the driver is not on the way. Once the driver is on the way, 30% of the price is kept, with a €20 minimum.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. The price is the same day or night, on weekends and public holidays.
How do I pay?
By card online when booking, or on board by card or cash. A receipt is sent to you.
